Sponsorship - How and why to sponsor the event

The Alnwick Beer festival is organised by Alnwick and District Round Table. The aim of the event is to raise funds for good causes and local charities whilst having fun. To make the event a success we need your help. Firstly we need customers to visit the event, have fun and spend some money knowing that all the profits are benefiting the community.

Secondly, we need local businesses and organisations to help out. You can do this by sponsoring a Beer, advertising in the programme or simply bringing your clients along for a great night out. The more sponsorship we generate the more we can donate to good causes and local charities.

Sponsor a beer

For each beer you sponsor at £100.00 you will recieve:

• Your Company listing in the programme next to your chosen beer
• An A4 size poster at the event advertising your company and your beer
• A ticket for you and a guest on the opening sponsors evening
• Two souvenir Festival glasses
• A voucher for four beer tokens
• Links to your business website from the official Alnwick Beer Festival website

Programme Advert

For each programme advertisment you receive:

• A ticket for you and a guest on the opening night
• Two souvenir Festival Glasses
• A voucher for 4 beer tokens
• FULL PAGE ADVERT - £100.00, HALF PAGE ADVERT - £75.00
