How to get to the Alnwick Beer Festival

By car:

Travelling from Newcastle Use the A1 northbound. Take the first exit signposted Alnwick. At the first Round about take the first exit. Head along willobun Avenue past the rugby club on your left and the Willoburn sports centre on your right. At the next round about take you first exit. The Cricket club is you second exit on the left past the football club.

Travelling from Berwick use the A1 northbound. Continue on the A1 and the Alnwick bypass. Take the exit signposted Alnwick and Shilbottle. At the first Round about take the 2nd exit. Head along willobun Avenue past the rugby club on your left and the Willoburn sports centre on your right. At the next round about take you first exit. The Cricket club is you second exit on the left past the football club.

Travelling from Rothbury or wooler At the south end of the town you will pass the Willis garage on the right followed by BP garage on the left. Just after the BP garage there is a new roundabout which is signposted left for Newcastle and straight ahead for Berwick, turn right intoWillowburn Avenue. Then follow directs as above.

Car parking

Car parking is provided at Alnwick Rugby club this is on willowburn Avenue. It will then only take 2 mins to walk to the cricket club.

By train:

Alnmouth station is the closest station to Alnwick. It is then a further 10mins drive to get to alnwick.
